As a former Managing Partner at Grayscale Equity Partners, I helped entrepreneurs acquire and scale businesses. We facilitated the acquisitions of two staffing firms, initially generating $8M and $11M in revenue. Through strategic negotiation, seller financing, and management restructuring, these companies doubled their revenue within 12-15 months post-acquisition.
Additionally, I assisted individuals in acquiring a smoke shop, an e-commerce business, and a pizza shop—providing financial due diligence, deal structuring, and securing financing. During this time I developed a strong ability to negotiate favorable terms and create long-term success for both buyers and sellers.
With a background in pharmaceutical analytics, I transitioned into entrepreneurship during COVID-19, becoming a part-owner of an Uninterruptible Power Supply company. I specialized in pricing maintenance contracts and secured over $1M in government contracts, which deepened my passion for business.
After that venture, I shifted my focus to helping small businesses, the bedrock of America. I realized that large investment firms often prioritize profits over the long-term success of businesses, whereas small business acquisitions preserve communities and create lasting value. Now, as a business advisor, I help business owners maximize their exits and guide buyers toward opportunities that drive sustainable success. My goal is to create win-win deals that protect and grow the businesses that fuel our economy.
I aim to be a trusted business advisor, helping owners transition out of their businesses and assisting buyers in making strategic acquisitions. The Greater Harrisburg area is growing, and I understand its evolving market, particularly among the Nepali and Indian communities.
With a BS/MS in Statistics and experience at Eli Lilly and Pfizer, I excel at analyzing financials and identifying opportunities. However, my passion lies in connecting with people—guiding them through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. My goal is to structure deals that benefit both buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transitions and long-term success.
